Bio Lands Pty Ltd (Bio Lands) has compiled a substantial portfolio of grazing/biodiversity offset lands. The portfolio can provide the development industry with rapid access to strategically acquired, fully documented biodiversity offsets, which also hold grazing potential.

Bio Lands acquires land with previous grazing uses, high conservation values, and sites which are strategically located within known strategic green corridors and/or adjacent to existing National Parks. The properties conservation values are fully assessed and documented by independent environmental consultants and the management requirements to improve and maintain these values determined.

Bio Lands engages a number of highly experienced, specialist flora and fauna practioners from across NSW to undertake property assessments and targeted searches for the endangered communities and threatened species.
